Pikeville Medical Center
In June of 2018, Pikeville Medical Center engaged with Barnes Health as agency of record. The objective was to grow local and regional market share and subsequently, patient revenue. Over the past year, Barnes Health has created and produced four major campaigns: Image, Heart, Cancer and Primary Care/Family Medicine. One year later, as of the July 2019 reporting period, patient revenue in cancer services, heart services and hospital wide in general are at record levels.
Pleasant Valley Hospital
In July of 2017, Barnes Health created, produced and launched a comprehensive orthopedic surgery campaign that included such elements as broadcast television, newsprint, radio, and billboards.
As of the most recent reporting period of December 2017, Orthopedic surgical procedures and patient revenue increased by 87% over previous year. It is important to note that our client indicated that volumes “could” have increased by over 100%. However, the hospital did not have the capability to handle the demand.
Southern West Virginia Health System
Since hired 10 years ago, Barnes Health has been involved in increasing growth of this health system from 3 locations to 27 locations throughout southern West Virginia.
Our efforts have helped increase patient volume from 4000 patient visits per year to 29,000 patient visits per year. During this same period of time, patient revenue has increased from 3 million to over 25 million.
Roane General Hospital
In January 2017, Barnes Health produced an Interventional Pain Management campaign that showcased the hospital’s newly established center of excellence. The campaign incorporated television, print, and radio.
As of the most recent reporting period (December 2017), interventional pain management procedures at Roane General Hospital have exceeded budgeted expectations by 186%.
